- Translate business requirements and insights into actionable design strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with client and WM stakeholders to define, develop, and articulate product vision ensuring design aligns with clients' strategic business and customer experience goals.
- Contribute to cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and product managers to ensure seamless execution of product design processes.
- Champion design thinking methodologies, driving innovation and user-centric designs for client projects.
- Lead qualitative and quantitative research efforts, including ethnographic studies, contextual inquiries, usability testing, and analytics review.
- Translate research into personas, journey maps, service blueprints, and experience principles that guide design decisions.
- Create information architectures, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for mobile, web, and enterprise platforms.
- Design for accessibility, inclusivity, and scalability, ensuring products meet WCAG and other relevant standards.
- Ensure consistent interaction patterns and visual language through contribution to and stewardship of design systems.
- Contribute to Design System creation, scaling, and adoption for client projects.
- Facilitate user testing sessions, synthesize and present findings, able to articulate and convey key outcomes to stakeholders, and ensure product usability and functionality.
- Present design concepts and strategies to clients, gaining buy-in and ensuring alignment with their needs.
- Strong focus on client satisfaction, time management, and helping teams find optimal designs through teamwork.
- Partner closely with engineering to ensure design feasibility, delivering design specifications, interactive prototypes, and redlines to guide development.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure design quality through delivery and launch.
- Foster strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and accountable for delivery excellence.
- Participates in the internal product design discipline by seeking out and providing guidance to other designers, creating an inclusive, supportive and fun environment
- Contribute design expertise to proposals, scoping, concept development, and statements of work using prior work examples.
- Showcase the business impact of design through metrics, case studies, and past project outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in end-to-end product design, from discovery to launch, in consulting, agency, or in-house product teams.
- Expert-level proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma and Maze).
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Portfolio of prior consulting or agency work that demonstrates broad digital design output and measured impact / results.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with creating and managing DesignOps in collaboration with business, product, and engineering stakeholders.
- Intermediate understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, and native mobile for seamless design-development collaboration a plus.
- Experience with designing on platforms like AEM, Drupal, M365 and SharePoint, Salesforce, and ServiceNow a plus.
