**UA (Uniform Advantage) Brands is looking for a Corporate Account Manager to join their sales team!
**
The Corporate Account Manager maintains and expands relationships within selected strategic accounts and is responsible for quota achievement and assigned objectives.
The Corporate Account Manager represents the entire range of company products and solutions to the assigned customer base and ensures that client-specific and internal expectations are exceeded.
Expected to balance time between cultivating relationships with existing buyers and networking within the listed accounts for additional avenues for business prospects._ _The position is accountable for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue, gross profit, and sales goals.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Provide customer solutions by a demonstrated understanding of the Uniform Advantage pricing models and operational structure.
- Exhibits leadership in client service and account management role demonstrating an ability to listen and respond to a wide variety of customer personality types
- Lifecycle management-proactively reviews, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Establish and nurture productive, professional relationships with key decision-makers to achieve defined short
- and long-term account strategies.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
- Partners with the management team to provide creative solutions to achieve quotas and strategic account objectives.
- Maintain a current understanding of competitor price, product, and service offerings so that our capabilities can be highlighted.
- Ability to multi-task between sales efforts and various solutions in an independent, dynamic environment.
**Required Skills**:
- Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Building sales pipeline
- Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Problem-solving
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, self-managed
- High level of customer service
- B2B New business generator and high sales activity model
- Detail-oriented task management
- Microsoft Office
- Fluent English.
**Required Experience**:
- Relevant B2B sales experience with a strong track record of achievement
- Experience establishing rapport and building relationships in a sales environment
- Well-established and highly developed phone networking skills
- Use of a defined sales process
- High sales activity model
- College Degree or equivalent -Bachelor's - Business/Marketing/Sales
