Position Purpose:
Give support to the Tableau Center of Excellence.
Be the go-to person for Tableau creators, troubleshoot and give support to users.
Prepare materials and give trainings to the LL Bean Tableau community, in order to increase their proficiency.
Work on standardization and optimization of the usage of BI tools.

About the role:
- Give support to users, answer questions and troubleshoot.
- Design and maintain training materials related to Tableau.
Prepare sessions and give trainings to the different type of users of the tool.
- Manage the Reporting Center of Excellence mailbox.
- Create and maintain documentation for the Center of Excellence.
- Assign and maintain licenses.
- Assist on the maintenance of folders, schedules and other tasks needed in the server.
- Investigate and share knowledge related to new features and functionalities of Tableau with the users.
Promote the implementation of these new features.
- Participate in projects, as required.
- Participate in testing for new upgrades of the tool.
- Work on improvements related to standardization and centralized data sources.
- Be the driver of the creation and strengthening of the Tableau Community.
- Support initiatives, such as the implementation of Tableau Mobile.
- Demonstrate advanced communication skills and provide exceptional customer service.
Communicate issues/concerns to leader in a timely matter.
- Be able to identify priorities; respond in a prompt and accurate way to requests or questions from customers.
- Execute all of the above demonstrating the EIM values.
About you:
- Advanced student (or graduated) in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1).
- Previous experience is not required, but it's a plus.
