We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, responsible for preparation of consolidated monthly financial reporting packages, forecast consolidation, Intercompany reconciliations, and various analysis at multiple levels including but not limited to global / local client, P&L, variances, trends, and KPI's.
Job Description:
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare, validate, and analyze consolidated financial reporting packages for management review and submission to parent company adhering to group deadlines
- Perform consolidation of budgets and forecasts
- Analyze balance sheet and P&L items including but not limited to AR /AP/ WIP/Interco Aging, Accrued Revenue, Pre-Bill, Fixed Assets, Deferred tax, and Equity movements
- Assist with issues or questions regarding financial consolidation system (Magnitude) and financial packages
- Prepare data and documentation for internal and external audit reviews
- Ensures that confidentiality and security of all information and data is maintained
- Coordinate with external accounting firm to validate billing and collections data
- Follow-up of financial processes with USA and CR
- Work in conjunction with HR, Operations, IT and facilities regarding payments to local vendors
- Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
- Conduct business studies on past, future, and comparative performance and develop forecast models
- Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts
- Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data
- Compare anticipated and actual results and identify areas of improvement
- Review accounting transactions for data accuracy
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related
- Proven work experience as a Senior Financial Analyst,
- Financial Analyst
, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with financial and statistical software
- Expertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas)
- Familiarity with finance databases
- Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP)
- Understanding of finance and accounting concepts, laws and local regulations
- Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts
Proficiency in English communication B2 or hig
