We’re partnering with a high-growth, founder-led consultancy (typically $5M–$10M in annual revenue) to help their clients scale quickly by automating back-office processes using intelligent agents and LLM-driven automation. You’ll work directly with the CEO, who has personally been building AI agents for tasks like accounting and order processing. As the dedicated AI Engineer, you’ll take ownership of building, scaling, and optimizing these agentic systems.This is a high-visibility, customer-facing role embedded in a fast-paced environment—your work will deliver measurable impact across multiple early-stage businesses.The Ideal Candidate Has:

2+ years of experience designing and developing LLM-powered agents or agentic systems in real-world applications.
Familiarity with agentic frameworks and tools such as LangGraph, Glean, or similar ecosystems.
5+ years of professional experience building robust RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related components.
Expertise in developing end-to-end workflows that automate complex business processes (e.g., accounting, order processing, vendor operations).
Strong understanding of UiPath best practices: modular design, selectors, error handling, security protocols, performance tuning.
Proficiency with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, VB.NET, or C#).
Experience integrating automations with APIs, databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.), and cloud services.
English proficiency at C1+ level; strong communication and collaboration skills to work with clients and executives.
Ability to work independently, take project ownership, and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments.
Preferred: UiPath Solution Architect or Advanced Developer Certification; exposure to other RPA tools (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate); cloud platform experience (Azure/AWS/GCP); process mining tools (UiPath Process Mining, Celonis); background in process mapping/optimization; Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS or Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of existing automation projects from the CEO and build new, scalable agentic systems.
Identify manual back-office processes (invoicing, accounting, order fulfillment) and design tailored automation solutions.
Build and deploy agentic workflows using UiPath tools and frameworks like LangGraph or Glean.
Create reusable components, libraries, and templates for scalable automation.
Implement best practices: modular design, error handling, logging, and security compliance.
Analyze existing LLM solutions and build/customize LLM-powered agents as needed.
Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and enforce governance policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, optimize bots for performance and reliability.
Collaborate with CEO, business analysts, and client stakeholders to understand needs.
Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and consultants.
Create technical documentation and end-user support materials.
Plan, scope, and estimate automation projects; manage multiple concurrent deliveries.
Communicate progress, risks, and technical challenges to stakeholders.
