- Managing internal sales calls; business-to-business call center agent position
- Inbound and outbound communications with businesses through telephone and e-mail
- Provide top notch customer service by effectively understanding business needs and offering or upgrading services to ensure the best solution
- Achieve set targets and other performance indicators as outlined by the business
- Manage and update business accounts with appropriate information ensuring regulatory, business specific and corporate guidelines are followed
- You enjoy talking to people on the phone and building business relationships within your designated sales region
- You are passionate about customer service and delivering a quality customer experience
- Self-motivated and target driven with a history of exceeding company targets
- You are open to coaching/feedback and have a desire to grow and drive your career forward
- English Proficiency minimum of CEFR C1
- Previous experience in customer service, call center or sales position is required
- Experience in tier II customer support and/or customer retention is a strong asset
- Must be able to work full-time from office
- Monthly salary starting at $1,200 USD, with the potential to earn up to an extra $500 USD a month depending on performance
