Focal point for Demand Planners, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and other interested teams regarding to finish goods availability in each DC ´s for entire portfolio.
Timely communicate Out of stocks risks affecting business results.
Follow up with International Trade and Warehouse teams FG's arrivals and receptions.
Coordinate with International Trade and Warehouse Team priorities for receptions.
Co-pack follow up and prioritization with corresponding teams (Vendor/Warehouse/Quality).
Build standardized IQR Reports for each country.
Align critical points with corresponding Demand Planner and present risks in proper forums (LAO Control Tower, Cluster/Country S&OE).
Watch out for proper safety stock policy for KCP products in each DC (only finish goods) along with Supply Planning direction, and proactively propose adjustments.
Product rollover follow up, assuring correct portfolio transition.

**EXPECTATIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Perform Standardized IQR timely and accurately.
- Follow up products from manufacturing to DC availability.
- Monitor inventory levels across Adopt Countries and according to forecast.
- Work with Supply Planning DRP, mill, import and co-packer planners, Comex and inbound logistics to develop a communication tool to the business, including risks, exception analysis and supply issues.
- Communicate supply risks in proper forums, such as LAO Control Tower and S&OE meetings.
- Coordinate with imports, transportation and inbound logistics the timely and complete arrival of PO from sourcing partners.
- Co-pack follow up for availability.
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION / CAPABILITIES / EXPERIENCE**
**EDUCATION**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, BA, or similar (or advanced student).
- Logistics/ Supply Chain, Marketing or financial studies
**QUALIFICATION/SKILLS**
- Internal and External Customer oriented.
- Urgency sense to attend and give responses to needs
- Personal and presentation skills
- Assertive listening and communication
