- Monitor KPIs across Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, and more
- Build dashboards and reports for engagement, reach, conversions, and retention
- Identify trends and growth opportunities backed by real data
- Use tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc. to create ideas, copy, and visual assets
- Craft high-impact prompts to support creative production
- Partner with our content team to boost speed and relevance
- Stay ahead of sports, betting, and cultural trends
- Track competitors and conversations that matter
- Recommend real-time content moves to keep us in the game
- A/B test content, captions, and post times
- Recommend platform-specific optimizations
- Collaborate with creatives to push high-performing campaigns
- 2+ years in social media, marketing analytics, or a similar role
- Strong experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, etc.)
- Comfortable with platform analytics, Sprout, or similar tools
- Excellent writing/editing skills in English especially for short-form content
- Thrive in a fast-paced, content-heavy environment
- Sportsbook or betting industry knowledge
- Experience building prompt libraries or AI content workflows
- Familiarity with paid social or influencer metrics
- Some SQL or data visualization skills
- A pulse on viral content & platform algorithms
