.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate digital and technology-driven projects within our fast-paced agency environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cross-functional teams, delivering high-quality digital solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for digital initiatives, including websites, apps, platforms, and integrated campaigns.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
Coordinate internal teams (design, development, content, QA) and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
Prepare and present project documentation, reports, and post-mortems.
Promote agile methodologies and continuous improvement across teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience managing digital/technology projects in an agency or tech environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Strong understanding of digital technologies, UX/UI, and development workflows.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) - both written and spoken.
PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus.
