ATL Technology is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Team Lead to drive innovation, efficiency, and quality across our production processes. In this role, you'll lead a talented team of engineers, champion continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to bring cutting-edge solutions to life.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Manufacturing Engineering team, fostering growth and high performance
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency, quality, and safety
- Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to launch new products and processes
- Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee the integration of new equipment, technologies, and automation systems
- Manage the manufacturing engineering budget and resource allocation
- Partner with suppliers to evaluate new technologies and reduce costs
- Provide technical support to resolve complex manufacturing issues
- Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and customer focus
- Lead CAPA and NCR investigations and reporting
- Represent the voice of the customer across operations and engineering
- Report on operational KPIs and lead improvement activities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in regulated manufacturing environments
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and automation
- Expertise in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Solid project management skills with experience handling multiple initiatives
- Advanced English proficiency
