- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health Engineering, Industrial Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in safety management systems (ISO 45001, OHSAS, etc.) is desirable.
- 5 years in similar positions within industrial, manufacturing, or medical manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of national occupational health and environmental management regulations.
- Understanding of occupational health labor legislation.
- Proficiency in risk analysis techniques.
- Experience with handling environmental measurement equipment.
- Familiarity with ergonomics and psychosocial factors.
- Strong analytical thinking skills.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Leadership and teamwork capabilities.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Orientation towards continuous improvement.
- Availability for plant, field, or office visits.
- Possible exposure to industrial environments or physical hazards (with protective equipment).
- Full-time position, with availability for emergency or audit attention.
- Identify, evaluate, and control occupational risks through inspections, job analysis, and environmental studies.
- Develop and implement risk prevention, industrial hygiene, and ergonomics plans.
- Design and deliver training on occupational health and safety topics.
- Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, preparing technical reports with improvement proposals.
- Supervise compliance with national regulations (such as NOM in Mexico) and international standards (ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001).
- Coordinate with occupational medical services for worker health surveillance programs.
- Participate in internal health and safety committees.
- Recommend and implement corrective and continuous improvement measures in work processes and conditions.
- Maintain updated records and documentation in accordance with current legislation.
