Develop database solutions to store and retrieve company information2. Install and configure information systems to ensure functionality3. Analyze structural requirements for new software and applications4. Migrate data from legacy systems to new solutions5. Design conceptual and logical data models and flowcharts6. Improve system performance by conducting tests, troubleshooting, and integrating new elements7. Optimize new and current database systems8. Define security and backup procedures9. Coordinate with the Data Science department to identify future needs and requirements10. Provide operational support for Management Information Systems (MIS)requiredSkills required:1. Proven work experience as a Data Architect, Data Scientist, Data Analyst or similar role2. In-depth understanding of database structure principles3. Experience gathering and analyzing system requirements4. Knowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques5. Expertise in SQL and Oracle6. Proficiency in MS Excel7. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, D3.js and R)8. Proven analytical skills9. Problem-solving attitudeNice to Have1. Experienced in managing work with distributed teams2. Experience working in SCRUM methodology3. Proven sense of high accountability and self-drive to take on and see through big challenges4. Confident, takes ownership, willingness to get the job done5.
