- Support basic month end close processes and journal entries using Oracle and OBIEE.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations and support ad hoc requests for revenue/cost reporting and analysis.
- Create basic standardization and create efficiencies across financial reporting and analysis models using different methods (RPA, quick fixes, Lean Six Sigma, Tableau, etc.).
- Support basic monthly tasks (entry level) end processes for the corresponding department.
- Follow service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
- Create desktop procedure documents for routine processes.
- Enrolled in Accounting or Business Administration studies in University (3rd year of college program completed).
- Advanced English level.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including basic Excel functions like SUM, AVERAGE, and VLOOKUP).
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of accounting principles or forecasting concepts.
- No more than 1 year of professional experience in accounting/finance related roles. No previous job experience is required as this is an entry level position designed to help you start your career path.
- Commitment in participating in the program for at least 12 months. Rotations are encouraged to gain exposure to other areas.
