What You'll Do
As a Business Enablement Senior Coordinator, you will ensure effective, efficient operations of the BCG Vantage business through management of relevant processes, systems, and projects.
You will own and drive defined, large or complex activities or processes with minimal guidance, while providing senior-level support across multiple stakeholders.
You will work with people and operational data, preparing reports and creating slides for the business and leadership team.
You will support global people related initiatives and programs as well as organize and execute internal meetings and events for the Vantage Leadership.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Team Operations & Coordination
- Maintain shared resources including dashboards, org charts, Trello boards, and SharePoint sites
- Track updates across projects and initiatives to keep information accurate and up to date
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate internal meetings and events including agenda preparation, logistics and follow-up action tracking
- Help others navigate the business network and provide ongoing ad-hoc support to the leadership group
- Reporting & Data Tracking
- Update and maintain people databases with accuracy
- Conduct analyses and prepare and deliver regular reports to leadership to support decision making
- Manage stakeholders' requests and ensure documentation is complete and filed appropriately
- Project Support
- Lead or support special projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, and Recruiting, as needed
- Support development of materials or presentations for meetings and special projects
- Identify process gaps and propose actionable solutions
- Solving problems independently while maintaining a high degree of service orientation
- Managing complex priorities and timelines with excellent organizational and planning skills
- Producing high-quality, visually polished deliverables with a strong attention to detail
- Analyzing and synthesizing data to generate actionable insights for decision making
- Building strong relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrating curiosity and adaptability to support evolving team and business priorities
- Thriving in a virtual, globally distributed environment
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- Bachelor's degree
- 4-6+ years of professional experience in business operations, coordination, or project management roles
- Solid analytical skills (e.g. for people and business reporting) and a structured way of thinking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Trello, Slack)
- Experience in a corporate or professional services environment
You will be part of the Vantage management and operations team, collaborating closely with leaders in Business Enablement and Transformation.
You will also work cross-functionally with teams in Finance, HR, and the People Team.
