- Manage and grow an assigned Book of Business, ensuring client retention, performance improvement, and strategic revenue expansion.
- Build strong, consultative relationships by understanding client goals and aligning them with tailored advertising solutions.
- Apply sales skills with a growth mindset, identifying upsell and optimization opportunities to increase client investment and satisfaction.
- Analyze performance data and turn it into clear, actionable insights that drive client decision-making.
- Create and deliver impactful online presentations and pitches, tailored to client needs and maturity level—built from scratch using data, platform features, and strategic goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic and technical guidance, providing ongoing support and platform education.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, product, support) to resolve issues and advocate for client needs.
- Monitor account health, engagement, and KPIs to ensure clients continuously see value and performance improvements.
- 1+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns or advertising products (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.).
- 1+ years of account management experience in a client-facing, strategic capacity.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through consultative selling and data-led optimization.
- Experience creating and leading client pitches, both in real time and asynchronously.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising KPIs, campaign optimization tactics, and platform strategy.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Advanced/C1+), with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and productivity suites (Office or G-Suite).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to extract insights from campaign data.
- Comfortable managing multiple client relationships in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
