IT Analyst II – ATL TechnologyJob SummaryThe IT Analyst II leads the design, management, and enhancement of IT infrastructure with a focus on networking, cybersecurity, database management, and regulatory compliance. This role requires advanced technical expertise and strategic implementation of IT solutions.Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in a specialized IT area.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred certifications: CCNA, CISSP, MCSE.
English proficiency (B2+ or higher).
Ability to work with limited supervision, detail-oriented, and process improvement mindset.

Knowledge

Advanced knowledge of networking, virtualization, server administration (Windows and Linux).
Cybersecurity, database management, and BI software.
Strong programming skills (Python, PowerShell, VB.Net).
Enterprise systems (ERP, QMS, HRIS, PLM, LMS, CRM, Payroll).
Vendor and contract management.
Additional languages (Spanish or Chinese) are a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and manage network infrastructure and security protocols.
Troubleshoot complex server, storage, and application issues.
Administer server room operations and perform hardware/software upgrades.
Act as liaison between site staff and corporate IT.
Lead process improvements and disaster recovery planning.
Maintain and enforce IT policies and documentation.
Manage vendor relationships and IT asset acquisitions.
