As a Digital Campaign Delivery Specialist, you'll play an instrumental role in ensuring the seamless execution of digital campaign content creation projects. Working within the Digital Campaigns Chapter, you’ll oversee the entire lifecycle of campaign content delivery—from initiation to successful implementation. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure every project is delivered on time, meets quality standards, and aligns with business objectives.Key Responsibilities
- Manage affiliate or global digital campaigns, overseeing all stages of content creation and implementation to meet agreed deadlines and standards.
- Work closely with business and brand teams, campaign coordinators, and vendors to incorporate feedback, align on expectations, and adapt digital campaign content accordingly.
- Educate stakeholders on process improvements and requirements that enhance efficiency and ways of working.
- Assist Campaign Coordinators in client communications, including service offerings, change management, and internal updates.
- Follow established processes, maintain proper documentation, and ensure governance principles are applied consistently within your scope.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in project management, preferably in digital marketing or content creation.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and campaign management.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, enabling you to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders across various roles.
- Experience working with cross-functional groups such as designers, marketers, and clients.
- Basic proficiency in project management tools and software, or a willingness to learn.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
