- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to provide a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Review and distribute approved job requisitions.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate assessments.
- Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with hiring standards.
- Compile new hire documents and verify credentials.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Respond to candidate and employee inquiries and troubleshoot TA system issues.
- Process referral bonus reports and support onboarding of outsourced resources.
- Manage access clearance approvals and English test purchases.
- Support recruiting events and projects (e.g., internships, job fairs).
- Partner with HR and business teams to meet hiring goals and improve recruitment processes.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment laws and regulations.
- Handle special projects and additional responsibilities.
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years of experience in administrative function, in Recruiting or Human Resources
- Advanced English skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working in a high-volume, multi-client environment
- Experience planning and prioritizing daily responsibilities for optimum efficiency.
- Previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers
- Related Bachelor's degree or HR Program certificate
- Previous experience supporting recruiting processes
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System, like SmartRecruiters, or iCIMS
- Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring process
