Responsabilidades / ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly detail-oriented Senior Supervisor of Financial Systems with advanced expertise in Blackline to lead the administration, optimization, and evolution of our financial platforms. This role will serve as a key liaison between Finance/Accounting and IT, ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement through automation and analytic🚀 Key Responsibilities:

Administer and optimize the Blackline platform, including user access, workflows, reporting, and overall system maintenance.
Lead transformation initiatives in account reconciliations, journal entries, and task management processes.
Identify automation opportunities and develop dashboards using Power BI to enhance financial visibility.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and support audit requirements, including JSOX.
Collaborate closely with IT, local accounting teams, and corporate finance to implement functional improvements.
Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, developing documentation and best practices.
Serve as a technical expert in financial systems, especially Blackline, for regional and global projects

Requisitos / Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
3–5 years of experience in accounting, financial systems, or financial governance.
Hands-on experience with Blackline and ERP systems.
Strong understanding of internal controls and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

✨ Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in PowerBI and Alteryx.
Experience with SAP.
