You will ensure that all agreed targets, SLA's and Metrics are met.What you will do:In this role, you will provide 2nd level support and problem solving expertise with respect to complex technical issues of infrastructure, design, methods, and tools for our Warehouse Management System. You will ensure that all agreed targets, SLA's and Metrics are met.What you will need:Technical Skills:· IBM WTX , ITX 10 , WMQ or WebMethods· Knowledge of SQL and UNIX· EDI Industry Standards and other data formats - ANSI X12 , EDIFACT, ROSETTANET,TRADACOMS,XML, Idocs , Proprietary formats ( Fixed Length, Delimited ) ,· Good knowledge on Communication Protocols, this would be HTTP, HTTPS, SFTP, FTPS, AS2, plain FTP
  • ITIL Operations framework knowledge focused on Incident, Problem management and Continuous Improvement process.
  • Azure certification or Expertise in Azure Cloud platform is a plus.
