
T&E Payments Lead

- Oversee corporate card payments, cash payments, and manual payment requests.
- Manage cash forecasting to ensure liquidity and alignment with budget plans.
- Lead the aging and delinquency reconciliation process, including follow-ups and clearing.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial bookings and accrual reporting.
- Support local market card programs, resolving payment issues and ensuring compliance.
- Administer Concur balance clearing for leavers and ensure proper closure of accounts.
- Maintain strong controls environment and ensure adherence to compliance and financial controls.
- Apply deep expertise in Accounts Payable processes and process migration.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team with clear goals and accountability.
- Deliver impactful presentations to upper management stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and project leadership across functions.
- Coordinate and manage multiple priorities with excellent organizational skills.
- Operate effectively within global systems, leveraging SAP/Ariba/Citi Manager and other platforms.
- Utilize advanced Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power platforms) for reporting and analysis.

- Typical Years of Experience: 3+ years (1+ years with MBA/MS) of experience in management, compliance, and customer focused operations with significant volumes and risk (incl. audit and/or finance experience)
- 1-2 years of experience with T&E / MEET transaction processing preferred
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
- Proficiency in PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) required.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills required, any other language if required by the business
- Previous experience with pharmaceutical companies is preferred
- Portuguese (Desirable).
- Mandarin (Desirable)

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Subject Matter Expert in ERP systems: SAP, ARIBA, MDGS, Oversight, Concur, Citi Manager, SNOW.
- Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and expense reconciliation.
- Strong grasp of risk assessment frameworks, internal controls, and compliance standards related to T&E and procurement.
- Experience with accounting or compliance/audit transactions, preferably in a shared service with strong compliance controls
- Leadership experience to train or develop others and bring innovative ideas to the team
- Demonstrated ability to make timely, data-driven decisions that balance compliance, cost-efficiency, and user experience.
- Skilled in delegating tasks effectively while maintaining accountability and team engagement.
- Comfort with ambiguity, anticipates changes, and influences direction of innovative operational strategies
- Assertive and clear communication style, with strong negotiation skills for managing escalations and interactions.
- Proven ability to build strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

- Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean Six Sigma) and portfolio prioritization.
