Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an **HR Leader, Supply Chain (JJSC) Strategic Initiatives**.
This role may be based out of Milpitas, CA, Santa Ana, CA or another Johnson & Johnson site within New Jersey or Pennsylvania.

The HR Leader, JJSC Strategic Initiatives, is responsible for the creation and deployment of HR's enterprise strategy in service of our Supply Chain business goals.
This role leads the HR agenda within Supply Chain's following California sites: Milpitas, Freemont, Santa Ana & Vacaville.
The incumbent will also implement a portfolio of global transformations touching all segments of the organization.
The HR Leader, JJSC Strategic Initiatives, will actively support their business partners through Coaching, Talent Management, Organizational Design and Business Collaboration as required.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Building Organizational Capability**:
- Identify critical business capability needs, and partner with business leaders to develop and execute appropriate strategies to strengthen the organization
- Partner with a business or HR leader to recommend a strategy that anticipates and addresses future changes in business conditions
- Find innovative ways to use existing solutions and acquire resources to meet business needs
**Driving Talent Agenda**:
- Develop country or country cluster talent strategy in partnership with local leadership to grow and advance diverse talent pools
**Change Leadership**:
- Support the execution of select global, multi-year Supply Chain transformations in the Pharma and Med Tech sectors.
This includes collaborating with business partners and HR CoE functions to deliver comprehensive change management and talent strategies.
- Join and actively contribute to the Supply Chain HR Project Management Organization (PMO) in service of shaping enterprise outcomes.
- Partner with BU HR to localize talent & change strategies at a project level.
**Qualifications** Education**:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree required, preferably with a major in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior or related field
**Experience and Skills**:

**Required**:
- 5+ years professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years of HR or HR related experience
- Must be an enthusiastic teammate with a proven commitment to build a positive work environment.
- Experience managing, planning and implementing projects and business support initiatives.
- Relationship management, coaching and collaboration skills.
- Influencing, negotiation and partnership skills.
- Experience using data to influence senior business leaders.
- Strong interpersonal, consultative and facilitation skills.
- Strong MS office and related talent management technology tools skills.
**Preferred**:
- Experience supporting multiple business functions and working in manufacturing industries, preferably within large, complex organizations.
- Experience with innovative change efforts, including developing and implementing detailed change management plans.
- Ability to understand and integrate internal and external business drivers and financial metrics to drive talent outcomes for the business.
**Other**:
- Up to 20% domestic travel
