- Managing global compensation cycles for their business groups, annual compensation program review, annual salary, and bonus planning.
- Managing the global reward and recognition program.
- Providing advice and counsel to HRBPs and senior staff on pay decisions including policy and guideline interpretation.
- Conducting research, market analysis; providing input on plans and programs; ad hoc analysis and planning.
- Providing thought leadership on compensation and related topics within the global compensation community and with internal clients.
- Designing, developing and implementing programs that enhance Akamai's ability to attract, motivate and retain talent.
- *Have 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
- *Have the ability to identify challenges and develop appropriate solutions while meeting competing and shifting deadlines
- Have the ability to work independently, prioritize stakeholders, manage details and deliver results with competing demands.
- Have exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills
- Have proficiency using Power Query, PayScale/market Pay, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
