You will report to the B2B and B2C Centroamerica commercial management for the Architectural Coatings Latin America structure.
**Key Responsibilities**
- You will ensure a balance between sell out and sell in ensuring compliance with the sales budget and profitability of the region.
- You will ensure execution of the commercial model through processes and best practices to maximize sales within the Retail, B2B and VDT channels.
- You will outline our strategy ensuring the execution of plans and increase service standards and commercial actions in the medium and high-volume channels.
- You will ensure the sustained growth of the business, maximizing profitability through the constant monitoring of the established indicators.
- You can take care of being a coach and facilitator to encourage the personal and professional development of your team.
**Qualifications**
- Administrative or Engineering degree completed, Master's or Postgraduate degree desirable.
- Advanced English.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in management and administration of multi-unit businesses (Retail / B2B) at management level.
- Desirable experience in coatings.
- 3+ years experience with internal and external team management.
- 3+ years experience with P&L management.
- Skills: Leadership, Analytical and Strategical thinking.
