- Design and implement recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent for technology, professional, digital, and creative roles to meet the hiring requirements of the company.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract quality candidates, including, but not limited to, job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Provide an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining high levels of communication and engagement.
- Conduct interviews and assessments through various means, including in-person meetings, video calls, and phone interviews.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and develop role-specific criteria and job descriptions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer stage, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Experience in recruitment, specifically within technology, professional, digital, and creative skill sets preferred
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, ATS, and other recruitment technologies.
- Strong background in customer service, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Expertise in crafting complex Boolean search strings.
- Experience working in a recruitment agency capacity and working with multiple clients.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable conducting meetings in various formats (in-person, video, phone).
- Fluent in English / Spanish
