We are looking for your expertise in voice communication systems.
You will support our global Genesys Cloud platform.
Along with implementing telephony solutions on specific projects, you will also recommend the best communication solutions to meet business needs.
You will both identify and assess new technologies to be used for updating equipment and creatively invent ways to add new capabilities to our existing systems.
You will also assist with call routing and reporting metrics, plans, designs, documents, and engineer Genesys on-premises and Cloud solutions for projects, and partner with vendors to plan, schedule, and deploy changes.
Work Genesys tickets, with shared on-call support within the Voice Engineering team.
