- Define, develop, and present standard KPI reports using Adobe Analytics.
- Investigate, analyze, and socialize digital usage analytics to identify trends and create data-driven insights about visitor behavior (e.g. traffic patterns, order volume, conversion funnel, navigation behavior, and pathing).
- Combine analytics insights from multiple sources to generate insights when applicable.
- Define data requirements for reporting and analysis projects.
- Identify missing metrics to build KPIs, and work with Product/Technical Product Owners to implement tagging requirements to ensure proper tracking and reporting of digital data.
- Function as a subject matter expert on utilization of Adobe Analytics and analyzing web metrics within and across applicable apps and NI.com site sections for user insights.
- Perform data flow quality assurance and troubleshooting and elevate data integrity issues.
- Write and maintain Adobe Analytics user documentation and training to enable business self-service.
- Stay current with the latest developments with Adobe Analytics.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to define data and information requirements.

- 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, MIS, Business, or other relevant fields.
- 3+ years experience in an analytical marketing or digital experience role.
- Advanced hands-on experience using Adobe Analytics tool.
- Excellent mathematical, problem solving, analytical ability, and a highly data-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of standard methodologies in B2B marketing, demand generation, and conversion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel formulas, pivot tables, and macros a plus.
- Understanding of web analytics basics: javascript, tags, cookies, variables, Data Layer/metadata.
- Tableau experience is a plus.
- Power BI experience is a plus.
