**QA Software Support Specialist**:
- What You'll Do**:
The QA Software Support Specialist works within the Client Experience Organization and is responsible for reviewing and providing timely evaluations of cases, implementation timelines and updates, and floor plan projects that have been handled by the Client Engagement, Project Management, and Back Office Teams.
As QA Software Support Specialists, our goal is to maintain a high and consistent level of support quality across the teams.
It is our responsibility that, regardless of the agent approached or the support channel used, customers always receive an excellent client experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform daily reviews of cases, implementations, and floor plan cases based on internal standards and KPIs.
- Accompany evaluations with meaningful and constructive feedback to the Client Engagement, Project Management, and Back Office Teams.
- Keep the Quality Assurance Supervisor informed of daily operations and ensure that work is reviewed and prioritized accordingly.
- Identify training needs and areas of improvement on an individual and team levels to ensure company-wide compliance.
- Contribute to team culture in a positive manner through coaching, mentoring and knowledge documentation.
- Help foster a customer-driven culture that is dedicated to ensuring the best possible client experience.
**The Skills, Experience, and Mindset Required**:
- B2-C1 English Level according to the CEFR or equivalent frameworks
- Progressive experience in client-facing roles where an aptitude for improving customer satisfaction was successfully demonstrated.
- Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Adept in Google Suite productivity tools - Drive, Gmail, Calendar and others.
- Experience with employee coaching and development through constant feedback delivery.
- Ability to analyze data and client interactions to check for errors and inaccuracies.
