**Responsibilities**

1. Collaborate with clients or project managers to understand design requirements and project objectives, ensuring alignment with Veeam Software's brand guidelines.
2. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows, incorporating feedback from stakeholders.
3. Design visually stunning and intuitive website layouts, utilizing Veeam Software's brand elements, typography, and graphics to create a consistent visual experience.
4. Develop responsive designs that adapt seamlessly to various screen sizes and devices, ensuring optimal user experience across platforms.
5. Select and edit images, icons, and other visual elements to enhance the overall design and convey key messages effectively.
6. Collaborate closely with front-end developers to implement designs accurately, maintaining attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution.
7. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve designs, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance the user experience.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously elevate Veeam Software's website design standards.
9. Optimize web designs for maximum speed, performance, and scalability, ensuring efficient delivery of content to users.
10. Ensure websites are cross-browser compatible and accessible to users with disabilities, adhering to web accessibility guidelines.
11. Maintain and update existing websites, including content updates and bug fixes, to ensure a seamless user experience and accurate information.
**Qualifications**
**Requirements**:
1. Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role (3 years).
2. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or similar.
3. Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices.
4. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (is a benefit).
5. Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
6. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website builders.
7. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within project timelines.
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work in a team environment.
9. Portfolio of previous web design projects to showcase design skills and creativity.
