**Must Have Skills**:
- Supporting Kubernetes Implementation in Production (Native OnPrem Solutions Preferred)
- Working on log capture and monitoring tools like ELK stack (Elasticsearch + Logstash + Kibana)
- Production Support and site issue triaging experience
- able to implement new solutions / approaches for CI/CD Pipelines
- Knowledge of scripting languanges like Python/Shell/Groovy
- Understand Networking Fundamentals like TLS Certs/ DNS proxy servers
- Experience in supporting loadBalancers and architectures that provide better fault tolerance and performance
**Nice to have**:
- GIT Lab feature exprience like GitHub actions
- Deployment tools like ArgoCD
- Monitoring tool-chain Prometheus/Grafana
- Istio service working with MEM SQL
- Working experience with SQL and NoSQL databases like ElasticSearch
- Knowledge of distributed processing architectures like Kafka
- Understand authentication protocols OAuth2/OIDC
- Object oriented languages like C++/Java
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
**Experience**:
- 5+ Years
**Certificacions**:
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) / Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
- AWS Certification preferred compared to Azure
