Your Responsibilities: _**This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:
- Liaising with internal teams to resolve customer queries.
- Receive invoice / deduction claim and identify activity & customer.
- Owns and executes accounting processes for disputes/claim activities related to Latam markets.
- Performs analysis related to claim/disputes reports information in order to support decision making.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and makes recommendations.
- Complies towards effective business controls through review, analysis, and verification.

**Basic Qualifications**:
We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:
- Advanced university student in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields.
- 1 year working with Disputes processes or Accounts Receivable on a shared service center.
- English level: Basic - Intermediate.
- Good level in Microsoft Office - knowledge in Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:
- Knowledge in Portuguese will be a plus.
