**About the Job**:

We realized a new perimeter was needed, one that is built in the cloud and follows and protects data wherever it goes, so we started Netskope to redefine Cloud, Network and Data Security.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop licensing and entitlement strategy and standardization across Netskope's customers' portfolio
- Lead the strategic roadmap for Licensing simplification and standardization efforts
- Operate as an expert in reviewing business requirements, processes, and solution designs
- Support and improve the licensing platform and tools at Netskope
- Policy and processes, design, transformation, improvement, and operation
- Manage feature activation, tenant management, consumption, and enforcement
- Entitlement custodianship, management, and use rights/analysis
- Work to onboard and off-board customer/partner tenants, access to product features, governance tracking and reporting, etc.
- Work closely with the Sales Operations and Revenue team on cross-collaboration processes and automation improvements
- Work with relevant IT service owners, product management, solutions engineers, and internal and external development teams to understand complex requirements and develop better processes for automation and integration
- Build and manage a team to ensure seamless licensing and entitlements of new customers
- Have a thorough understanding of product life cycle management process
- Have a good understanding of the different systems (SFDC, Billing systems, Revenue) that affect the Quote2Revenue cycle
- Ability to project manage and translate complicated and complex terminologies to business stakeholders in layman's terms
**Requirements**:
- Thorough knowledge of licensing models and fulfillment across cloud/SaaS, hardware, and software delivery systems
- Proficient knowledge in enabling software/SaaS tenants-SW fulfillment, licensing, and entitlement management
- 8-10 years of global company environment experience and implementation experience
- Ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and effectively with executive leaders
- Has hands-on experience with excellent operational experience to help execute the company's vision and strategy
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business or equivalent
