**Job Description**:
**General Job Responsibilities**
- Assess/evaluate requirements against scope of project, manage project plan and schedule
- Responsible for managing client expectations.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Strong focus on team environment
- Responsible for ensuring documentation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) instructions for all ongoing business and transitioning the project to the Production Support team
- Project Management: Responsible for providing Engagement Managers and/or clients with updated implementation plan
- Broad and extensive knowledge of the software development process and its technologies
- Development of Applications such as Accounting and Operations.
- Strong knowledge of user interfaces
- Experience with database creation and maintenance
- Contribute to optimize team processes and practices by actively participating in the agile process.
- Any other job related functions as requested by management
**Qualifications**:
**Requirements & Skills**:
- Educated to degree level in a related field or equivalent i.e. Industrial, Finance, Accounting
- Experience in project management & Lean - Continuous Improvement
- 5 years' experience in accounting, finance, in a rapidly growing business
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
- Excellent ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive).
- Must be self-directed, confident and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (at least 2)
- Strong analytical skills.
Detail oriented and ability to work and interpret figures and other financial information
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Strong grasp of MS Visual Studio
- Front-end web technologies (JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, ASP.NET)
- MySQL/SQL backend database integration
- Demonstrable software design skills
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication and project management skills a must
- Experience with leading and developing software for operational systems
- Source code control (e.g. GIT)
**Desirable Skills**
- VB.Net
- AngularJS or similar Single Page Application framework
- Agile development as part of a Scrum team
- Code quality assurance approaches (peer code review, static analysis)
- Jira for managing development and correcting defects
- SAP
