Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.We're looking for a Cloud Marketplace Operations Manager to join our Channel Operations function, reporting to the Sr. Director, Channel Operations. You will be responsible for:

Managing the lifecycle of cloud product listings across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud marketplaces, ensuring compliance and optimization
Collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Business Development, Legal, and Finance to integrate products and support marketplace operations
Driving revenue growth by analyzing marketplace performance metrics and supporting promotional strategies
Cultivating relationships with cloud marketplace partners to maximize our products' visibility and support
Providing support and resources to field teams and customers for marketplace deal structuring and offer processes

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud computing, SaaS, or digital product management
At least 3 years of direct experience working with cloud marketplaces (AWS Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, Google Cloud Marketplace, or similar)
Proven ability to manage and optimize cloud marketplace listings and drive growth
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and supporting business decisions

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Certifications in AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Experience with business reporting and analytics tools such as SFDC or Tableau
Background in technology partnerships or creating sales enablement content and resources
