- Offer support to Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Partners
- Set up interviews, coordinate and perform the pre-employment checks.
- Use all features of the system as well as other tools such as: databases, SuccessFactors, LinkedIn, and job boards.
- Support the recruitment team to achieve internal performance metrics.
- Perform other administrative tasks that support the end-to-end recruitment process
- 1+ years of professional experience.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Organized and time management skills.
- Strong customer focus.
- University student or graduated in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- English language proficiency (B2+ level).
- French language proficiency.
- Portuguese Language proficiency. (desirable)
