The Value Stream Lead is responsible for leading, planning, coordinating, and controlling all end-to-end operations within a designated value stream. This role ensures that products meet company and regulatory requirements while optimizing the use of available resources. The Value Stream Lead oversees the entire production process-from raw materials to final shipment-while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and team performance. This position requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a strategic mindset to align production goals with company priorities.Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing interdisciplinary teams, including direct, indirect, and support staff.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a regulated industry.
  • At least 5 years in production leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities: * Efficiently allocate direct and indirect human resources to maintain operations within the value stream.
  • Plan and execute team development initiatives, focusing on required competencies.
  • Maintain regular communication with team members to ensure alignment and effective management.
  • Lead the execution of operational and strategic actions.
  • Manage disciplinary processes in accordance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Ensure all necessary system access and roles are granted to direct reports.
  • Foster conditions for continuous improvement in efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee end-to-end production processes, from raw material intake to export.
  • Collaborate closely with functional leaders to ensure alignment and support.
  • Identify and implement corrective actions for operational issues.
  • Lead and organize improvement projects to deliver sustainable solutions.
  • Define and track Continuous Improvement Plans (CIPs) and guide the team to achieve them.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for senior management and executive teams.
  • Plan and calculate resources for investments and operational expenses.
  • Own the P&L for the value stream, including production, storage, and maintenance costs, as well as reporting and forecasting.
