The Senior HRIS Analyst is a key member of the global HRIS team whose primary focus is the Reporting, Dashboards and Calculated Fields of Workday, our Human Capital Management System that services almost 10,000 employees globally.
We'll be looking to you to participate in the development, implementation, and enhancement of the Workday reporting while upholding strict data integrity and regulatory guidelines.
You'll have a collaborative and consultative role working closely with internal stakeholders, think creatively about solutions, and balance business needs with system capabilities.
You'll have the opportunity to demonstrate your advanced understanding of not only Workday reporting technical functionality, but also data analytics and presentation.
