- Proven experience in Organic Search either agency or digital native side. Active, hands-on channel execution is required.
- Proven experience working x functionally with digital marketing specialists, analysts, or agencies in a collaborative team-based environment is preferred.
- You must be able to write clearly and quickly, present your ideas in an organized and coherent manner and be willing to stand up to the challenges of Organic Search specialists, brand managers, corporate communications, and digital agencies.
- Analytically minded, comfortable manipulating and analyzing large amounts of data in order to make actionable recommendations is required.
- Understand and recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve non-paid results for target keywords in search engine.
- Audit and analyze website crawl data to identifying site issues and recommend fixes.
- Drive the experimentation and implementation of solutions at scale to improve organic traffic performance for websites and apps.
- Conduct regular audits of owned and competitor digital properties to ensure we follow best practice at all times.
- Drive the organic growth content strategy for Mexico, consumer direct marketing and digital product stakeholders across Mexico, APLA and Global,
- Advanced knowledge of key measurement SEO tools. Example botify
- Ability to perform click through rate, conversion, spend and creative analysis to identify growth/optimization opportunities.
- 1 years of clearly visible, SEO experience either agency or client side. Active, hands-on optimization experience is required.
- 2 years of experience working with SEO specialists, analysts, or agencies in a collaborative team-based environment is preferred.
- Unique balance of disciplined strategic thinking, creative passion, and a willingness to be hands-on, while being able to stay "above the fray" to ensure goals are being hit are required.
- Experience with articulating and communicating the impact that Technical Structure, Design & Aesthetics, Content, Navigation, Information Architecture, Branding/Marketing, Performance, Functionality, and ecommerce have on SEO is required.
- Experience using a CMS and an understanding of the impact they have on SEO is preferred.
- Paid search management experience is a plus, but you will need the core understanding of how SEO and SEM play nice together.
- Social media strategic awareness is a must since every day it seems that Google layers in another way social is influencing search results.
- Knowledge of footwear or apparel industry is preferred.
- Highly motivated to be self-sufficient and able to operate without close supervision.
