**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
The primary responsibilities of this role, My Office Support Jr Associate, are to:
- Be responsible for timely and accurate processing of specific administrative tasks according to standard process documentation (calendar management, inbox management, travel arrangements, travel and expenses, etc.)
- Use of existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems
- Comply with process standards, policies, procedures and KPI targets
- Ensure appropriate execution and follow up on standard issues
- Liaise with appropriate resources to resolve issues
- Provide solution to topics raised needing language support
