- Verify, validate, and input customer orders into SAP, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Cross-check orders with purchase orders and customer agreements.
- Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Support the order lifecycle from validation through final processing.
- Assist in maintaining accurate order records and reporting.
- Support colleagues with order-related inquiries and process improvements.
- Work effectively in a global, multi-time zone environment.
- 1-3 years’ experience in order management within SaaS or software companies.
- Strong SAP experience, particularly in order management modules.
- Proven ability to verify orders, review POs, and accurately input data.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language preferred.
- Immediate availability to start.
