- Deployment of the B2B Digital Platform
- Responsibility of coordinating with local teams and the Area Office Digital Team the cycle activities
- Cascading with TM&D team (TM&D Manager, Area sales managers, TMRs, Sales Supervisors, Sales Representatives) the cycle plan and activities every month
- Training and follow up with Sales Representatives and Customers
- Working closely with the agency and Area Office Digital Team by providing feedback from the customers and internal stakeholders
- Reporting of performance and qualitative feedback - acting upon data provided by the Area Office
- Proposing plans to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Responsibility for the upload of performance objectives and points in the platform by the local analyst
- Bachelor's Degree required, related to marketing.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
- 3 - 4 years of consolidated experience on marketing and TM&D - (Digital is a must).
- Experience of executing marketing strategies.
- Demonstrable skills for teams' coordination and project execution.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategy (B2B).
- Demonstrable project management and partner leadership skills.
- A good foundation in Trade Marketing.
- Prior experience in FMCG.
- B1 driver's licence.
- Trade engagement digital platform experience.
- Project Management experience.
