- Provide expert-level support and maintenance for our Windows desktop and server environments, including MacOS
- Support our LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, Microsoft HyperV, Azure AD, Office/365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Active Directory, and PowerShell
- Implement and administer Microsoft cloud services and products (O365, D365, Azure, etc)
- Develop and implement cybersecurity best practices and handle incidents
- Develop and maintain ITIL framework policies and procedures
**Requirements**:
- Fully bilingual
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- 5+ years experience supporting Windows desktop and server environments (MacOS a plus)
- 5+ years experience supporting LAN/WAN, firewalls, Microsoft HyperV, Azure AD, Office/365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Active Directory, PowerShell
- 5+ years experience implementing and administering Microsoft cloud services and products (O365, D365, Azure, etc)
- Knowledge and experience with cybersecurity best practices and incident handling (certification a plus)
- Knowledge and experience with ITIL framework (certification a plus)
- Ability to travel to the US
