Campaign Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads strategies to achieve client business goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid search strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing and relevant keywords.
- Optimize ad copy and landing pages for targeted keywords to improve Quality Scores.
- Build out and maintain Google Advertising campaigns for clients based on their goals.
- Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting parameters to maximize performance.
- Implement A/B testing to continually refine ad performance and conversion rates.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Report on progress and changes made to the campaigns on a daily basis.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and ROI, on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on client needs.
- Write compelling and high-converting ad copy.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop engaging and effective ad creatives.
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all levels of staff and clients.
- Work with Account Managers to ensure client success and satisfaction.
- Communicate complex digital ad dynamics in an easy-to-understand manner to clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven expert knowledge of Google AdWords.
- Current AdWords Certification is required.
- Google Analytics Certification is required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing technologies, including targeting, website analytics, and media tracking tools.
- Strong analytical skills, including data manipulation and campaign performance analysis.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Highly self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to perform click-through rate, conversion, spend, and creative analysis to identify growth/optimization opportunities.
- Ability to adapt to constantly changing situations and perform multiple tasks with multiple priorities.
- Ability to work under pressure and with all types of personalities.
