Put your passion, drive and expertise to work with the world's cloud security leader.We're looking for an experienced Business Transformation Program Manager to join our People and Culture (P&C) team. You will be based in Costa Rica and go into our Escazu office 3 days per week. Reporting to the Director of the Business Process Transformation team, you will be responsible for:

Driving end-to-end programs that enhance user experience and accelerate results across P&C functions.
Collaborating with business users to architect new processes that are scalable and efficient.
Utilizing your project management skills while engaging in hands-on process design with stakeholders.
Working with functional leaders across multiple departments to achieve strategic and financial goals.
Advocating for solutions that improve the experience for all users within the organization.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

5+ years of project/program management experience driving organizational change and transformation.
Ability to design and implement business processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
Experience partnering across HR, IT, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams.
Ability to structure complex problems and apply analytical tools to develop effective solutions.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in HR process and tool deployment. Enthusiasm for leading transformational work that makes a significant impact.
Experience proposing and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Experience managing, implementing or transforming Pay, Time or Benefit processes at the company-wide level.
