- Interpret client contracts to define billing terms, pricing structures, and service commitments.
- Validate service orders and billing configurations to ensure agreement on contractual agreements.
- Prepare monthly billing files with accurate data inputs for centralized processing.
- Manage billing inquiries and escalations professionally through case management systems like Salesforce.
- Review invoices to confirm all billable items are correctly captured and coded.
- Collaborate across teams and support process improvements to enhance billing accuracy and compliance.
- 6+ years of experience in billing operations, contract analysis, or financial operations in a complex business setting.
- Expertise in SaaS, recurring revenue models, or services-based billing environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, data prep, file validation).
- Experience interpreting legal and financial documents related to pricing and billing.
- Advanced English level, with the ability to explain complex billing issues to both technical and non-technical partners.
- Familiarity with systems like Salesforce (case management) and Oracle E-Business Suite (ERP).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in shared services, BPO, or a billing center of excellence.
- Knowledge of billing configuration file prep, invoice reconciliation, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Oracle OBIEE).
- Background in documenting and improving business processes. Exposure to Agile or other structured project delivery methods.
