- Develop and manage the portfolio of improvement initiatives by partnering with finance operation teams to feed the portfolio.
- Identify initiatives using as source benchmarks, global projects, KPI trends, operation request and other sources.
- Partner with operational leaders to identify improvement opportunities based on global and operational KPIs
- Collaborate with finance operations in the design of initiatives towards completion.
- Complete post implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved to ensure that improvements are self-sustainable.
- Ensure that continuous Improvement tools and methodologies are being applied in initiatives.
- Work as liaison between GPOs and GFS, driving the standardization of processes and leverage on global capabilities.
- Support on training programs to ensure correct usage of Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies.
