Job Overview:In this role you will provide Vendor Management support in following areas:

Global SOW/Contractor Resource Management
Global Hardware & S/W Maintenance Renewals
Global third party support for high risk tiers (1-3) supplier relationships
RFP support

Key functions(i) consultative analysis of strategic initiatives; (ii) optimizing spend across software, prepaid, and recovery services; (iii) capital planning for hardware and software investments; (iv) software license management and compliance; and (v) analysis of commercial transactions to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.Additional Requirements:- Cloud Knowledge necessary- Public Cloud engineering and Operations Knowledge an advantageExperience / Qualifications:Experience in Global SOW/Contractor Resource Management in order to conduct following tasks:

Track and manage SOW Resources/Contractors (Managed, Fixed Price, T&M) renewals, onboarding and potential conversions
SOW Renault management
Drive potential savings towards productivity during renewals
Work with sourcing partners during RFP process

Experience in Global Hardware + Software Maintenance Renewals in order to conduct following tasks:

Hardware/Software Maintenance Renewals
Software Renault Management
S/W chargebacks
Work with sourcing partner during RFP process

Experience in Global Third Party Management in order to conduct following tasks:

Support of the Business Activity Owner (BAO) function
Proactively identify and mitigate risks
Continuity of Business (CoB)
Strategic Vendor Service Reviews: QBR, Global
SLA Reports/Monthly Dashboard
