We are looking to hire a skilled Executive Assistant who can help our office function more efficiently.
Duties will include: assisting the needs of management, directing phone calls, ordering office supplies, generating reports, and other tasks that boost our team's productivity.
**Executive Assistant Job Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and implement office procedures
- Carry out administrative duties, such as scanning, typing, filing, etc.
- Maintain office supplies by tracking inventory, anticipating future needs, and ordering supplies as needed
- Create and Submit reports
- Prepare and monitor invoices
- Develop and maintain contact lists and files
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties
- Other administrative tasks to support the office
**Qualifications**:
- Superior communication skills ( English and Spanish) both verbal and written
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of best practices in office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Suite software
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Planning and organizational skills

We are located in Sabana Sur (San Jose Costa Rica)
This is a part time position Monday to Sunday and at an as needed basis with hours between 15-25 hours a week.
(Could be higher depending the volume of the week)
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: ¢220,000.00 - ¢285,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
