- Base salary + Bonus & Commission gives possibility for $31.8k OTE on the 1st year.

- Engage with Travel Advisors via email and phone to qualify, discover, then build quotes based on their traveler's needs through a consultative sales process
- Design custom European itineraries including arrangements for air, hotels, sightseeing and ground transportation.
- Lead a robust inbound sales pipeline (100+ active deals) using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) to supervise progress and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the travel industry, with a focus on European markets
- Analyze sales data and market trends to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
- Work independently with a strong sense of self-motivation, while also participating in team collaboration and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Maintain an acute level of customer service to go above and beyond and NPS targets
- Sales ales Experience: 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience in a quota-carrying consultative environment, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience working in the travel industry, with a focus on European markets.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency in CRM tools, with HubSpot experience preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an executive presence.
- Business Acuity: Skilled in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and adapting to fast-changing environments.
- Ability to work 8 hours between the hours of 6AM - 6PM SJO aligned with Pacific Time Zone including weekend shifts when the business merits it.
