Since 2009, our team has worked steadily to make this dream a reality. We’ve designed and tested many generations of prototype aircraft capable of serving in a network of electric air taxis. We’re looking for talented, committed individuals to join our team as we push onward toward certifying the Joby aircraft, scaling our manufacturing, and launching our initial commercial service. Responsibilities:

Automated and manual Verification test script authoring and execution

-Data reduction and analysis
-Problem reporting, resolution, and tracking issue to closure
-Writing Test Reports * Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Software, System Test, test equipment, Flight Test.
Required:

Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics required; Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering preferred
Relevant demonstrated scholastic project experience or internships
Understanding and application of disciplined systems engineering processes
Experience working in a laboratory environment
Exposure to modeling and simulation using MATLAB/Simulink
Excellent verbal and technical writing skills in English language
Ability to work collaboratively, with self-starter skills that enables self-sufficiency
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Docs
Strong command of Python

Desired:

Electric vehicle technology experience
Flight Simulator development
Experience integrating and testing complex, highly integrated systems, including failure modes and effects testing (FMET)
Familiarity with requirements management
Familiarity with safety assessment concepts
Experience using Atlassian tools including Jira, Confluence, and Crucible
Familiar with Dassault Systems Engineering and Management tools (Enovia)
